Birch charcoal is clean high-quality environmental-friendly fuel made of birch wood by pyrolysis and charcoal burning. Charcoal is mostly used for fireplaces, braziers, grills, chargrills and similar facilities, because unlike conventional fuels (e.g. firewood), charcoal, if properly kindled, does not produce smoke and naked flame, but gives necessary temperature only. Combustion temperature equals 1,1000C. Charcoal is pre-packed. In 5 kilos in laminated package, with all necessary information (in Russian and English languages) about the manufacturer, goods composition, its uses and most popular recipes of dished cooked on charcoal marked on it. |
